Well done Input – I really do hope to attend as it will be great to see what’s out there for us all and to catch up with some of the teams at various Diabtes companies.

Is there likely to be any information about peritoneal pumps? My 16 year old daughter is currently in hospital with subcutaneous insulin resistance and needs an insulin infusion intravenously to control blood glucose levels. She has been in hospital for a month now and has tried a subcutaneous pump, having up to 800 units of Novorapid in a 24 hour period with no success at all. I am told that her only option is a peritoneal pump and I have no idea if, how or when she could get one?
